MailOnline Grows US Ad Revenues By More Than a Third
MailOnline’s revenues in the US grew by an underlying 36 per cent year-on-year reflecting increased awareness of the brand amongst advertising buyers overseas.
In a Daily Mail and General Trust half yearly financial report for the six months ending 31 March published today, the publisher revealed that MailOnline had grown its audience to 236 million monthly unique browsers and 14.4 million average daily global unique browsers in March.
MailOnline’s advertising revenue had increased by 24 per cent with digital advertising revenues across dmg media growing by an underlying 23 per cent, the publisher said.
Overall for the full year, dmg media expects to deliver stable underlying total revenues with underlying digital advertising growth expected to broadly offset circulation and print advertising declines.
