Department for Education Runs Featurelink Campaign

Nearly 70 local newspaper titles are to run a Featurelink campaign for the Department for Education encouraging people to get into teaching.

The campaign – which will see advertising and editorial appear in daily and weekly local press titles – highlights the benefits of a career in teaching and points readers to a website where they can find out more.

Run by Local Media Works, Featurelink allows advertisers to target local communities with a powerful combination of local press editorial and native content.

It is heavily used by national brands and Government departments who want to tap into local media’s unique connection with local communities.
