Local Media Works to Brief Cabinet Office on Local Media

Cabinet Office officials heard of the power of local media as a platform for national advertisers at a Local Media Works briefing session this morning.

The meeting is part of Local Media Works’ ongoing dialogue with national advertisers and agencies, updating them on latest trends and insight in local media and products such as Featurelink.

As part of the programme, LMW head of marketing Justin Fenton is met marketers at GSK yesterday.

Justin briefed marketers on the latest insights into local media such as the recent YouGov research commissioned by LMW which found that local newspapers in print and digital are more than three times more trusted for local news and information than social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

Justin briefed delegates on Featurelink – the Local Media Works service which allows national advertisers to combine native content with display advertising.
