ASA Campaign Raises Awareness Of Advertising Regulation
The Advertising Standards Authority is running an ad campaign to raise awareness among the general public that the advertising industry is regulated, and of the role of the ASA in the regime.
The ads are available for News Media Association members to download and run as filler ads in their titles, highlighting the news media industry’s role as a powerful platform for trusted and regulated advertising.
The copy says: “You should be able to trust the ads you see. If an ad is wrong, the ASA is here to put it right.”
