LMW Awards Winners To Be Announced At November Ceremony
The winners of this year’s Local Media Works Awards which celebrates the power of local media will be announced at a ceremony in London next month.
The shortlisted agencies – PHD, Mediacom Edinburgh, MG OMD, RP2, TCS Media, Spark Foundry and Publicis – are all in with a chance of pocketing an award at the event on 21 November.
In addition to the awards, guests will hear from senior advertising industry figures at the Hospital Club event.
The seven categories are best original thinking, best strategy, best use of content, best use of local targeting, best use of JICREG, best use of Featurelink and best use of multi-platform.
The winners were picked by a judging panel chaired by chairman of MiQ and Medialab Group Stewart Easterbrook.
The overall winner will take home the prize of brunch with unlimited bubbles at the Shard.
The 2018 Awards partnered with Subway and challenged media planners to come up with a campaign to promote Subway franchise opportunities and its importance as an employer in local communities.
