Local Media Works Presents To DWP Marketers

Fifty marketers from the Department for Work and Pensions were briefed on the power of local media for advertisers by Local Media Works last week.

At a briefing session, Government marketers heard about the latest trends and insights from LMW head of marketing Justin Fenton and JICREG chief executive Keith Donaldson.

Delegates were briefed on LMW’s Featurelink service which allows advertisers to place compelling native content next to ads in highly trusted local news media.

The sector now reaches 40.6 million adults a month in print and digital with mobile boosting local media’s audiences by 94 per cent, the audience heard.

LMW meets regularly to brief agencies and advertisers on the power of local media as part of an ongoing programme.
