The NMA uses MailChimp to distribute the newsletter if subscribe to it, and so we share your name and email address with them. MailChimp is based in the United States, but has prviacy shield certification, which means that even though it is outside the EU, its privacy protections are to as high a standard as are required in Europe. You can read MailChimp’s privacy policy here.
