Royal Rota Application Form

Regional and local newspapers are required to fill out the short form below when making an application for rota passes. National newspapers should contact royalrota@newsmediauk.org directly. Please make sure you have read the rota obligations before applying for passes.

The information submitted will be supplied to the Palace and other Royal Rota organisations exclusively for the purposes of Rota administration. It will not be stored for longer than necessary for this purpose by the NMA, or used in any other way.
