GDPR Compliance Resources
The GDPR came into force on 25 May, and every business should be aware of the requirements of the GDPR and the new Data Protection Act, and should continue to work to ensure compliance.
To help businesses with this, the ICO has published a range of guidance and resources, some of which are outlined below.
In particular, it has resources that are targeted at supporting small businesses, including a dedicated telephone helpline, guidance on how to comply with the new legal requirement of data protection by design and default, and general guidance on the Data Protection Act 2018.
Further information and resources are available on the ICO website.
